New Client Approval Form
Before submitting any new hire information for onboarding, please complete this form to request approval for a new client. This step is required to ensure compliance with workers' compensation coverage and other regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Need to Provide:
- Client’s legal business name and contact information
- Client’s worksite address(es)
- Job descriptions or types of roles being filled for the client
- Estimated payroll volume and job start date(s)
Next Steps After Submission:
- Our team will review the information and verify the client’s eligibility.
- Once approved, we will notify you via email and provide confirmation of the client setup.
- You can then proceed to submit new hire information for onboarding.
Important Note:
Do not place employees at a client site until the client has been approved. This ensures full compliance with VimHR policies and protects your agency from potential liability.
